Lead Harmony offers marketing services, including but not limited to:

Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Email Marketing, Website Branding & Design

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information required for the performance of services. Failure to do so may affect project timelines and outcomes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may incur a fee of $30 per month. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing strategies, client lists, and any other sensitive information.

6. Intellectual Property

All work produced by Lead Harmony will remain the property of Lead Harmony until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use the work for its intended purpose. Lead Harmony reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lead Harmony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District Court of Maryland.

10. Amendments

Lead Harmony reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
